The Practice:

• Seeking BC/BE physicians to serve as our Site Medical Directors in one of 3 established, busy practices in Chicago!
• 2 years Clinical Experience & 1 Year Leadership Experience Required
• Patients range from 12-24 yrs old
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine & Med/Peds physicians are encouraged to apply
• 4 Day work week - 32 Clinic Hours & 8 Administrative Hours (home or in clinic)
• Patients per day is under 20 – Excellent Lifestyle – 45 Days Off Per Year!
• Passion for assisting the underserved, homeless &/or LGBTQ communities desired
• Government facility provides protection from frivolous lawsuits & no tail required upon departure
• Competitive Compensation, full benefits package & Retirement options w/employer match
• Relocation Allowance, 21 days of PTO, 12 Sick Days, 2 Personal Days plus 5 additional paid days for CME with annual stipend
